ISO 20000-1

The ISO 20000 certificate standard series consists of 5 standards.

ISO / IEC 20000 Standard is linked to and complementary to the process approach defined in ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) developed by the Ministry of Commerce.

ISO 20000-1, ISO 20000-2, ISO 20000-3, ISO 20000-4, ISO 20000-5 are called ISO 20000 standard family.

It is a wrong concept to call ISO 20000 Certificate. Since the original certification and system installation are according to the ISO 20000-1 Standard, it would be more correct to call the name of the certificate ISO 20000-1 certificate ISO 20000-1 certificate.

The ISO 20000 standard family consists of the following standards.
1. ISO / IEC 20000-1: 2011 Information Technology Service Management System Terms
ISO 20000-1 Standard is the reference standard for Information Technology companies to establish Service Management Systems. At the same time, the ISO 20000-1 standard is the reference standard of accredited certification bodies that will certify these systems. Therefore, the certificate to be obtained is also the ISO 20000-1 certificate ISO 200000-1 Certificate.
2.ISO / IEC 20000-2 Information Technology Service Management System Application Principles
ISO 20000-2 is the application-related principles of the standard and includes the necessary instructions for the best implementation of the Service Management process within the scope of ISO / IEC 20000-1. The principles related to the application are prepared specific to that company for each company that is prepared for the ISO / IEC 20000 audit or plans to improve its services.
